Troy V. Ray

Troy V. Ray has served for over 30 years with organizations whose purpose is to enrich the lives of people in need. Organizations such as The Salvation Army, Christian Shelter, Grace Center for Maternal and Women’s Health of Berlin, and Salisbury Christian School are but a few who have been recipients of his work. He also served proudly in the United States Army, as a Military Intelligence Analysis during Desert Storm.



Troy holds a degree in Conflict Analysis Dispute Resolutions and is trained to assist individuals to resolve conflicts in business, private, political, and cultural sectors. He also enjoys helping people improve their interpersonal relationships and self-esteem.  One of Troy’s greatest joys is seeing people have that special “eureka” moment in one of his trainings, and then assisting them as they choose to make changes that will improve the way they function in the world.
